Vale Royal Abbey offers a truly breathtaking setting for your wedding day. Steeped in centuries of history and beautifully restored by English Heritage, this historic Abbey provides endless picture-perfect backdrops across 150 acres of rolling Cheshire countryside.

Tucked away at the end of a mile-long driveway, the Abbey is conveniently located between Chester and Knutsford with easy access from the A56, A556 and M6. We host only one wedding per day, so you have our team's full attention and the freedom to plan your celebration exactly as you envision it.

Our experienced wedding coordinator, Vicky, and the full VRA team are here from the very first visit through to your last dance. Every detail, from ceremony flowers to bespoke menus, is tailored to you.
