Ben joined the team here at Vale Royal Abbey Golf Club in September 2016, having now just completed 6 years. Prior to his time in Cheshire Ben was the Head Golf Professional at West Middlesex, West London and Head Golf Professional/Golf Operations Manager at Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club in the United Arab Emirates.

Ben and his team compromising of Assistant PGA Golf Professionals Scott & Brendan alongside Shop Assistant Angie are on hand to help all members and guests with any of their golfing requirements. The team are available to assist members with on-site tuition either on the Practice Ground or within the state-of-the-art Swing Studio, with Ben specialising more on the Swing, 3D Biomechanics and Golf Fitness, with Scott focusing his attention on the Putting side.

Ben is also available to Custom Fit members and guests for their golf equipment in the Swing Studio covering a range of brands to include (Ping, TaylorMade & Callaway), so make sure you seek the team’s advice and get fitted correctly when investing in any new equipment. The Pro Shop is also fully stocked up with several top golfing brands available (Galvin Green, Footjoy, Under Armour, Castore, Ping, Calalway, Titleist, TaylorMade), with the motto being to price match against any of the online retailers.

Ben also runs several Golfing Tours for the membership each year, with 2022 trips to Portugal, Sheffield, Turkey & Dubai all organised for differing sectors of the membership, pop in and chat to Ben if you want to find out more about the plans for 2023.
